The village is best known in the rest of the Netherlands for its many villas and large country houses, but there is much more fun to see and do in Wassenaar.<\/div>\n

When you think of the Netherlands, you think of windmills. At the end of the center of Wassenaar you will find the old corn mill Windlust. Two flour mills previously stood on exactly the same spot, but the current mill is more than 350 years old and dates from the year 1668!<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, the market participants are ready for you every Tuesday at the Berkheiveld market in Wassenaar. Nice to taste the atmosphere here, but of course also to get some groceries.<\/span><\/p>\n
