In the NVM Haaglanden district, as nationally, many homes were put up for sale in Q2. The number of transactions was also high, so most of the extra supply was quickly absorbed by the market. This shows that there is still a lot of demand in the housing market. Because there is more supply, we do see price growth flattening. At the same time, homes are still mostly sold above asking price. It is a positive development for the housing market that there is more supply and therefore more choice for potential buyers.
