When you consider renting out a home via i4 Housing, we first discuss your wishes. Based on that, we look for a reliable tenant. Of course your home will also be placed on our 4RENT page and Funda. All potential tenants are thoroughly screened, whereby we check, among other things, the financial situation, the rental history and any background information.
If all of this meets your wishes and ours, we draw up a watertight rental agreement that protects both you and the tenant. And when the rental period has expired? Then we carry out the inspection.

Managing your home
