Does everything meet both your expectations and ours? Then we draw up a watertight rental agreement that protects both you and the tenant. And once the rental period has ended, we carry out the final inspection.
Managing your property
i4 Housing also supports you with various other aspects of renting out your property. This includes drafting a watertight rental agreement and carrying out inspections before and after the rental period. That way, you won’t face any unexpected surprises afterwards.
