Whether you are a private investor and would like to rent out your living space or multiple properties, or whether you are staying abroad temporarily, we are happy to take over all the tasks that come with renting out your property.
Our management responsibilities include taking care of all rental-related correspondence, collecting the rent, the obligatory (administrative) concerns and maintenance. Good management also starts with a good selection of tenants. These are carefully screened by us.

- Settling and keeping track of complaints
- Quotation request, issuing orders and manage maintenance implementation
- Coordinate maintenance orders
