We ask you in advance for the necessary information regarding your stay, permit and income. Of course we will go through this with you, so that you do not have to get stressed once you found that perfect rental home.
Landlords are informed by i4Housing of the preferred terms and conditions. Then during possible negotiations, we will immediately know what your options are. This means a prompt settlement and clear communication back and forth.
Carefree living
After agreement from both parties, the lease will be signed. The key transfer takes place after receipt of the aforementioned funds and the commencement date of the lease.
